Dress Code

Shoes are to be worn at all times, except for naptime. Flip-flops, open-toed and open-back shoes, jellies, plastic shoes, and sandals are NOT permitted. For safety reasons, closed shoes and socks must be worn at the Center. Shoes with soft soles help provide good traction for the child's activities.

All children must bring a change of clothes marked with first and last name on it. A "Zip-loc" bag with the child's name on it is convenient for storage. Soiled clothes must be taken home and replaced with a fresh set the next day.
Center Hours

Since Li'l Peoples does not provide a breakfast program, early arriving children (before 8:00am) may bring a box of cereal marked with their name. We will provide milk for their cereal.
Breakfast
We provide nutritious fun snacks mid-morning and mid-afternoon which include low-fat milk or 100% fruit juice.
Snacks
A hearty lunch is served at noon, and we ask that morning half-day children eat with us.
Lunch
If a child has any special dietary needs or allergies, please bring it to the teacher's attention. It will be recorded in the child's file.
Special Needs

Naptime

A time for rest on a mat is part of each day's routine. Each child will need a blanket, full-size crib sheet and a small pillow with his/her name on them. Put them in a pillowcase which has his/her name on it, too. These items will be left here all week and taken home at the end of the week.
